Yours to read, print off and keep!
You should read it very carefully asap apart from the last four sections.
They are in fact the most important - but you only need to look through them
when the time comes, as they provide specific instructions rather than
general guidelines which you all need to know from the outset.
I know it's long...but important! Enjoy!
ps. A couple of new ideas that aren't in there, that emerged in today's
training. If producers of shows own digital cameras, please do take them
with you and get a photo of the guest in the studio. This can be the photo
that goes on the website to accompany their audio. In fact, if presenters
take cameras too, there's more chance of someone having a camera!
pps. I'm afraid the stupid printing company have messed up and so it looks
like we won't be having Fresh Air lanyards. Grr.
