[Festival Crew] Fresh Air Festival Presenters/Times/Producers

Hi everyone,
  Hope you are well. Please find attached an excel sheet of the timetable.
It's fairly self explanatory, those in red are presenting, those in blue are
producing.
A note about the roles:

Producer:
1) You are responsible for collecting the guest acts for the interviews and
making sure they do not overrun.
2) You need to get the recorded interview audio and edit it so it can be
put onto the download section of the website.
3) Laura Ennor, who is running the 'My Festival' part of the website will
also require you to get as many 'My Festival' audio and photos of the
artists as possible.  She will tell you more about this!
4) You are responsible for ensuring that no one breaks those good old studio
rules. Notably: no eating, no drinking... and no being offensive (outside of
their 'act').

Presenting:
1) Is fairly self explanatory. We want it to be fairly relaxed- please make
sure you read up on your guest before you interview them
2) Keep an eye on the time
3) If you are unhappy driving the desk, let me know.
4) This is NOT like your ordinary Fresh Air show.  This is Fresh Air at the
Festival, so please stick to the playlist and regular features.

Those of you who wanted to interview/present, but are not on the
live schedule- fear not!!
12-2pm, everyday the studio is open for pre-recorded interviews.  Kate is in
charge of guests, so she will know the score on guest bookings for that
time.  Interviews shouldnt be much more than 5 mins, so everyone should get
a couple done over the week.
