[Festival Crew] Important - crew meeting

Hi everyone,

August is nearly upon us!

The first crew meeting is on *Sunday evening at 7pm*.  Location TBC.

*Please bring £15* and if you're not working or out the country - be there!

If you are working or out the country...*please email me with your
availability over Monday - Wednesday* this week, as that's when we'll be
having sessions for editing and uploading and so on.

So put that in your diaries, and check your mail over the weekend for a
venue!
