[Festival Crew] Review tips + info

Hi gang,

You're probably wondering what's going on.  Well...basically it's all going
to happen next week - that is, meetings/training and then we'll be going
live at some point soon after.  Details of such things will be announced at
pretty short notice via email, so please check at least once daily!

For the meanwhile, I'm forwarding on some review tips that the reviewing
newspaper ThreeWeeks use - there's a lot of really useful stuff in there, so
take heed.  Julia, our reviews coordinator, has drawn up some Fresh Air -
specific guidelines, and it will be absolutely vital that you stick to these
so that our reviews are all consistent.

Final bits and bobs of everything are being worked out, but please watch out
for some last-minute instructions on this that and the next thing!
