[Festival Crew] I-Key Sign Out System

Hey Dudes,

So the I-Key sign-out system is up and running in the studio.

They are to be kept in the back right-hand corner of the studio and signed
out for 24 hours at a time.  Even if you haven't finished with it, you MUST
bring it back after 24 hours.  They are numbered 1-4.  I-Key no. 4 is the
Features I-Key and is not to be taken out unless cleared with me first.  If
you bring back your I-Key after 24 hours and you still need to use it, you
can only sign it out again if one of the other 2 general use I-Keys are
available (so 1, 2 or 3).  If not,  you must sign back in the I-Key you were
using and leave it there.

There are now two I-Keys in the studio.  One for general use (no. 3) and no.
4 the Features I-Key.   Could whoever has I-Keys 1 and 2 please return them
to the studio ASAP and sign them out properly please.  There are tags to
attach to them indicating which number they are, so please make sure you
have the right one!

When returning your I-Key, please find a plug and plug it in to charge up.
If is already one in charging, put the I-Key alongside to indicate that it
needs charging too.  Please write the number of the I-Key and the time you
put it in to charge up on the sheet next to the charger.  Try to give each
I-Key 4 hours to charge.  I would appreciate it if the producer for each
show could keep an eye on this so whenever it comes to signing the I-Keys
out they are fully charged.
