We'll get these teething problems sorted out yet folks!

1.  Please remember ".jpg" or ".gif" in your image filenames
2.  Do not use any filenames with characters other than letters, numbers 
or "_".  No spaces!
3.  Please remember to upload you image and audio file BEFORE submitting 
the text
4.  Always put in the audio size (in MB - but DON'T include "MB" when 
you type it in) and length when you submit an audio file.

If you can't see your picture when you hit "preview" you've made a mistake!
