[Festival Crew] Portable recorders instructions

It is likely that soon, we will buy recharchable batteries for the
recorders.  When this happens, while the recorders are in the studio they
will be plugged in and charging.  Please plug them back in when you return
them.

While this is not the case, they will have normal batteries.  Always: try to
keep them turned on for the least time possible to avoid the batteries
running out.

If the recorders stop doing what they should, and lights are flashing
strangely all over the place, it is almost definitely the batteries running
out.
